Vicky Pike

With extensive experience across the private, public, and third sectors, Vicky is a Twenty Women in Data® awardee, a Senior Coach Practitioner with ILM L7 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring, and holds a Computer Science honours degree. Vicky has spearheaded numerous initiatives that significantly improved gender diversity and inclusion within tech teams. Following a successful tenure as a senior leader at Sainsbury’s, she founded Ideara to help organisations get the most from their people, teams, and technology.
