Nick Bamber
Digital Marketing Director
Nick started his career as an entrepreneur, setting up an eCommerce business that was shortlisted for the prestigious Northern Young Entrepreneurs awards in 2007. Subsequently, he moved to the corporate world, taking his digital marketing know how and entrepreneur passion to help transform and accelerate the digital marketing at some of the worlds largest and most respected businesses. 

As a well rounded digital marketing expert, he has extensive experience designing sophisticated customer acquisition and retention strategies that deliver results, proven across many industries he has worked; Retail (Fashion, General Merchandise, Grocery), iGaming and Financial services. 

Nick currently leads the SEO, Digital Marketing & CRM at Missguided across multiple markets, providing expertise to help the business scale to new heights and stay ahead of competitors. Prior to joining Missguided, Nick led the global customer acquisition and media teams at Betsson Group in Malta, one of the worlds largest gambling companies, working across all 16 Brands and 13 markets. During his tenure at Betsson, Nick was responsible for the in-house media teams and was able to drive both significant optimisation results as well as operational efficiencies.

Before Betsson, Nick was successful growing his career at ASDA, where his passion for ad-tech and measurement matured. During his time leading ASDA's Media Group he and his team were responsible for significant transformation to become one of the UK’s most sophisticated digital advertisers and retail publishers which included the collaboration with Walmart eCommerce in Silicon Valley to develop and roll out WMX, Walmart's proprietary DMP, across the UK market which enabled advanced media targeting and new income streams from some of the worlds largest FMCG businesses (Unilever, Nestle, Pepsi Co et al).

Previously, Melissa has been VP of engineering for product management and search for Sears Online and a Technical Product Architect for Microsoft. Melissa sits on the Sainsbury’s Argos Women in Technology panel and was a finalist for Woman of the Year at the Women in IT awards.

He had worked with, and for, companies like Apple, Google, Samsung, Nokia, and Sony, but also Virgin Media, Ryanair, British Airways, and currently River Island.

Carolina is a specialist in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce with more than 15 years of experience. She´s worked in international companies implementing local and global strategies in different sectors such as Electronics in Canon Spain and Canon Europe, Beauty in Avon Europe, Retail in Carrefour Spain and Fashion in Havaianas. Her different positions have taken her from Madrid to The Netherlands and London. She helps companies in their digital transformation and grows sales using the different online channels and the latest digital marketing trends.

Darren is a Lead Business Analyst working and supporting a team of business analysts focusing on group projects and initiatives for AO.  Darren has a passion for bringing people together and creating an environment for collaboration. A key part in achieving this is building effective communities of practise. Over the past 5 years he has been involved in a range of projects with varying complexity which has seen AO grow from a single category retailer to a multi-category, multi-site business.   

Emma-Louise Veitch
Head of Customer Experience

Emma’s role has overall responsibility for the development, implementation and management of the Customer Experience strategy for global beauty e-tailer and largest in Europe, Feelunique.

As part of this strategy, she’s implemented a successful customer insights program enabling customer-centric solutions and consistency to be driven throughout the business.

In addition, Emma implemented and developed an award winning Customer Service Team alongside the channels/platforms to ensure a best in class customer experience. For this, she was personally awarded at the UK National Call Centre Awards in 2016.

Alongside her passion for ‘all things customer’ Emma is an Achology certified Life Coaching Practitioner.

Gail has 20 years of Marketing experience both in Ireland and abroad. With a background in design, digital marketing and user experience she brings strong, customer centric, creative thinking to the senior management table. 

Gail is the Ecommerce and Marketing Director for Fraser Hart and Fields Jewellers, responsible for all digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social, CRM and customer care in addition to ATL marketing, POS, merchandising, packaging, PR, events and partnerships. 

Before this she spent 2 years in Staycity, the world’s largest pan European aparthotel chain as their Digital Marketing Manager leading all aspects of international digital marketing with a focus on PPC, SEO, social and CRM. 

Previously Gail was the Head of Marketing for RaboDirect leading on all aspects of ATL and BTL marketing focussed primarily at building the brand and driving conversions in Ireland.

Patrick Osborne has worked with customer data analytics for 25 years in a variety of industries and sectors, beginning in direct mail fulfilment and events organisation.  He worked on the implementation of Nectar, the first multi-retailer loyalty programme in the UK, and has also spent time in the university sector, financial services and as a management consultant advising firms on the expert use of their customer data. He now works for QVC, one of the world’s largest direct selling retailers as the Head of Customer Insights & Analysis.

Sandra currently serves as Senior Vice President Europe, New Markets and Artists Community at Redbubble, an online marketplace for independent artists, where she is leading the International business and the Global Sellers community.

Jon joined from Halfords, where he was the Head of Digital, led the design and development of and the multichannel proposition, including launching one of the first fully transactional mobile sites amongst UK retailers.
