Tony Franco

Tony has been working in the marketing industry for over 30 years both on the client and agency side. He’s particularly known as a highly skilled workshop facilitator and a marketing trainer. He started his career at Nestlé where he worked for 7 years on some of their key brands in the UK and in France. He then spent 10 years at marketing agency Added Value (which become part of Kantar) where he was a Director of the UK business. He’s now an independent consultant working across many business sectors, mainly in brand strategy, innovation and consumer understanding In recent times, he’s developed workshops on ‘how to achieve more with less’ and taught organisations on how they could adopt a ‘Challenger Mindset’
