Jack Francis

Jack has worked in social media for just over 7 years by now, flipping between agency & brand side before ending up in his current role as Social Media & Content Lead at eBay. In this role Jack works with the UK business & partner agencies to bring the brand to life on social - there's a number of core focuses for the brand such as Home & Garden, Sneakers & Car Parts. So it's Jack’s job to ensure we show up in these communities meaningfully & tell the right stories.
