As Head of Delivery at AO, Graham is responsible for the delivery of IT change across UK, Germany and Netherlands. In 6 ½ years at AO the business he has seen it grow from being a single territory, single category online retailer to a multi-category, multi-territory organisation that now operates across several locations throughout the UK and Europe. Graham has a passion for building autonomous teams aligned to key business outcomes and leads a team of 35 PM’s and BA’s spread across AO’s key sites.
