Chris Field is a retail influencer, closely connected to retailers, industry analysts, industry bodies including the British Retail Consortium and the National Retail Federation in the US, and most of the retail tech companies. As a ex Financial Times and Retail Week journalist, he runs a retailer-only network called Retail Connections @ www.retailconenctions.co.uk. He chairs a number of industry conferences including Future Stores, eTail Europe, eTail Connect and the conference tracks at Retail EXPO.
