Jenny Hollowood-Smith joined AO in 2013, with a background in Supply Chain Development in the Aerospace sector. Progressing within the company, covering roles such as; Forecasting Account Manager, Consumer Electronics Supply Chain Manager and Change Team Manager, Jenny is now Head of Operational Development. Responsible for driving business development initiatives within the Retail arm of AO alongside her team who support Customer Experience enterprises. She places heavy focus on influencing and implementing strategic direction within AO.
