Andrea is travelling the world to share stories, learnings and best practices for building voice-enabled experiences, aka Skills, with Alexa. Before that he worked on both sides of software development as a full stack developer and as a product manager. When not prototyping new Alexa Skill ideas or championing the needs of developers, he enjoys composing music and working on random projects with NodeJS + TypeScript + Webpack + React + Redux. For the latter, he hopes one day to spend the majority of his time coding and not fighting with the build process.

Patrick Osborne has worked with customer data analytics for 25 years in a variety of industries and sectors, beginning in direct mail fulfilment and events organisation. He worked on the implementation of Nectar, the first multi-retailer loyalty programme in the UK, and has also spent time in the university sector, financial services and as a management consultant advising firms on the expert use of their customer data. He now works for QVC, one of the world’s largest direct selling retailers as the Head of Customer Insights & Analysis.

Andy leads Global eCommerce for SpaceNK managing teams across the UK and US and recently led the digital expansion and recruitment into China. Prior to that he held a number of business development and strategy roles at Dixons Carphone (formerly DSG), Tesco international and most recently 6 years at Amazon where he oversaw their first launch into digital media starting with Amazon music and branching into film, apps and software.

Alix joined the High Street fashion brand Warehouse in 2016 and was promoted to Head of Digital the following year. She is responsible for driving profitability of the digital channel and enhancing customer experience across all of the brands digital touchpoints. Alix has a strong background in fashion retail, originally specialising in Analytics and Optimisation before her move to a broader digital role. Prior to joining Warehouse, Alix worked with Topshop for 10 years. Starting out within the Digital Merchandising team, she set up the brands first analytics function in 2011 and progressively grew the size and scope of the team as Analytics Manager until her departure in 2016.

Simon joined the Bonmarche team as Trading Director (Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics) in April 2017. Prior to this role, he was a Commercial/Buying & Merchandising Consultant at the Future Today Retail Consultancy. He has also held roles at The Conran Shop, Republic, and BHS Limited / Arcadia.

Peter has been actively involved in Customer Experience projects for many years and has worked on initiatives with over 100 leading retailers and brands including Shop Direct Group, Gymshark, JD Sports PLC, Arcadia, PrettyLittleThing, Charlotte Tilbury, Pets at Home and Levi’s. Peter joined Narvar in early 2018. Prior to this he was Head of Sales and Customer Success at Taggstar, a conversion optimisation tool; and Head of Product and Account Management at Befittd an intelligent sizing tool that helps customers to shop online with confidence.
